This is a photo of me from when i was a baby. This will link into my work as i am doing childhood memories and i will be showing a range of images from over the years. Another reason that i will be using this image is because i am wanting ti show how different i am to how i used to be.

This is my other picture of me from when i was a baby but a few months older. This will fit into my work the same way as my other picture but i can be wearing different clothes.

This is a picture of me and three of my sisters. This will also fit into my work because of childhood memories. This is a childhood memory because i was in my primary school and because i was with my sisters it is a memory as i grew up with them.

This is my most recent photo that will fit into my work. It is a memory as it was when i played cricket but i no lomger play cricket. It is a big memory for me also as it was for the mens team and i started playing for the mens team aswell as for the juniors for my last season of cricket.

I have got a lot of memoeris that i would of liked to use in my work but i forgot. For example i would of liked to use examples of my friends but i forgot about all of the ideas i could of used.

Mock Exam

I used these images to show how much i have grown up from the past years.I used them for the exam as it relates to my brief, childhood memories.I chose some images that are quite new and some images from around 10 years ago.

I have refined my idea here by doing different brightness & Contrast. I did this to help me with my idea for my final project. I will now be able to copy these effects on my own work inj the style of Neville Brody

The final product that we will be making is a CD cover. The theme of the task is memories and words. Our final artwork must include:

• Appropriate use of typography
• Appropriate photography and/or your own graphics
• Appropriate use of lighting and colour

And the designers we will be covering in lesson are:

• David Carson
• Neville Brody

Over the past two graphic design lesson I have been recreating the Ocean's Eleven image. This is my attempt of it. I decided to do this image as i couldn't really think of any other images. I think that this image look similar to the original and i am proud.

In my lesson today i have been looking for images to start my work. Next lesson i will start bto edit my picture.

In my graphic design lesson yesterday we were making nets as CD holders. We did this because it is part of out development idea. This also helps us come up with some design ideas for our own CD cover that we will be making in our later graphic design lessons. I may use a similar net when it comes to me making my own CD cover but i am not quite sure yet.

Childhood Memories

My initial idea is childhood memories. I have chosen this because i was struggling with an idea and i decided it could turn out a good idea. I think that at the minute i am making good progress as i can remember my childhood memories very well. I have previously printed some pictures out of of the internet. I got 2 pictures of my favourate 2 tv programs from when i was younger, a picture of me playing cricket, a picture of a driving range of the golf course i go to and my old golf clubs that i had when i was 12 years of age.                                                                                                                                                                 

I tried out different techniques and this is one is a technique i tried out on a pack of bananas.

Fonts

In my lessons lately i have been doing different kinds of fonts on photoshop.

This image was created by David Carson and i like the image as the writing has been put over the picture by using layers.

I have choosen to do these lyrics because i like the lyrics from the song. I have cut the words in half so that my work looks like Neville Brody.

This is another image that i have done but i didn't do it in the style of neville brody.

In my previous graphic design lessons I have been doing some work in the style of Neville Brody in

Photoshop. Here are some pictures that I have made and tried to do in the same style as him.
